Alert Details: 
* WHAT...Elevated surf of 3-5 feet with sets up to 6 feet and
astronomical tides of 6.0-6.5 feet expected, leading to minor
tidal overflow.

* WHERE...San Diego County Coastal Areas and Orange County
Coastal Areas.

* WHEN...From early Friday morning through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Minor tidal overflow and minor coastal erosion
expected during high tides. Additionally, elevated surf will
lead to strong rip currents.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tides are expected to be around 6.2
feet, gradually building over 6.5 feet by Sunday.
